Birds and Ghosts

For Illustration Friday

Here are little ghosts of birds, which are waiting in a queue to a Bird's Heaven.
watercolours and ink on paper

I was inspired by illustration done by Józef Wilko, wonderful Polish illustrator. I played all days with watercolours and ink and I painted some more birds. I hope you like them.

Beautiful! I love how you've incorporated the skeletoned leaf into the peacock. I think that's the peepul tree leaf isn't it? It has religious significance in hinduism and buddhism. Very nice touch using it in the peacock tail. Your artwork is very smooth and pleasing to the eye. Good work!
